Zara would like to play football, but she is too insecure to show her skills for the selection of the asylum seekers' center football team. Her insecurity is partly due to her brothers Illi and Ibi and coach Momo (Saber Moudou). They think Zara should do chores for the team. But then Engeltje (Yannick Jozefzoon) only appears visible to her. He gives Zara magical football boots and suddenly she is playing like a star. Engeltje warns her: the shoes are effective for exactly one week - up to and including the final of the asylum seekers' center football tournament... However, shady types (Mike Lebanon and Ghieslaine Guardiola), a football agent (Sabri Saad El Hamus) and accomplice (Akwasi) have also gotten wind of the magical kicks and the football talent Zara. They see a golden future with the shoes, Zara and her brothers. Zara thus becomes entangled in the world of football trading.
